Time passes, like yesterday and may be like tomorrow. With it passes a stream sometime good and some times bad. We react to this stream of life. The quality of emotions show how much we do. Good times end with bad times and bad times end with good times. We live and die. In between we get sick and get old. When getting sick the stream of life is bad. The imperfect physical state affects the mental state.
Life is so full of impermanent things. Impermanent means empty. Which we all are. So do the so called expensive things we have. The human body constancy keeps on changing. We never can change this change. On the way of changing it brings loads of pain in to us. Pointless reacting. This is the way mother nature has programmed us. Still wonder is it worth giving pain to another animal or a human while we all change. Change towards death. No one likes to be sad. But we can’t avoid sadness coming in to are life. Only thing we can do is not make another one sad.
Passes life, like a flow
No Past to change
Nor a future so
Indeed a gift, there is a present
For us to change
Must not I, forget that is
Happiness is in the mind
Never it is out my door
What I have, Who I am
Where I live, What I wear
Is not what I, think happiness is

The incidents which happen in day to day life is not under our control. It is very little comparing with the rest. Although we cannot control what happens, we can control how we react to it. This is how life is made of. This is the difference between happiness and sadness. We create our own universe. Same incident one can be happy while one can be sad. This is how our life works. The way we react on small small things determine whether we have a good day or a bad day. What will happen will happen whether we like it or not. But what we do can be changed. This is how we live in what we create.
The root for many problems which exist in our world today occurs due to reactions. Biologically all living things has a characteristic quality which it reacts to a certain stimulus. We humans basically react to every thing. Wake up late in the morning see the time , we react, While driving some other car overtakes you from the wrong side, we react, Some one hits you, YES definitely we all react. Either we react two times more or run away. So our day spends on reacting on different things in different situations. Reacting leads in to different aspects. Reacting causes craving. Finally craving leads in to sadness. Some times reaction may cause anger. This is dangerous. If you see the history of man kind this simple sentence have caused billions of innocent life’s.
Countries fight. Most of them fight for some physical thing. Now why do they fight for a thing which is temporary ? Simply because they crave for it. Why do they crave ? Because they like it. Why do they like it? Because they React on it. This is the theory for stealing things, killing animals, murdering and every negative news I hear in the 8′ O’clock news.
Humans are programmed to react. We react on good things and bad things failing to know the difference. We can change It. It is up to our mind to choose what to react. Don’t Just react but act. Just act on what you see. Just act when some one say something to you. I like to mention two of my favorite sayings from two great religions. Both in different set of words, but the same simple meaning “DO NOT REACT”

Really some times I feel that we live in an illusion. But unfortunately it is not sometimes but all the time for most of us. Our mind keeps on projecting certain things which we tend to think as reality. I wake up in the morning start my day. Same old story most of the days. Some days have exams , some days more fun , some day not more fun but, right now when I look back it is like I have been running in a cycle. May be that’s the circle of life. One day I know this circle will switch in to another one. This end marks the beginning of another. Although I live in this illusion what I know is that I must be good and be happy. If I stick on a theory only to do things which will benefit my self and others, yes this illusion will be far more better. And the simple way to get away from this illusion is ‘ mind over matter ‘ not matter over mind. Matter over mind will only allow us to be in this illusion for ever.
Life Is So amazing. Some times simple and some times complicated. So are Relationships. Many of us expect a lot of things from others. We Want others to love us, to be kind to us , to appreciate what we do, to use gentle words on us, well basically to be good on us. But before expecting such, we must ask one question from our self. Do we give it to others ? Do we love , be kind, appreciate, talk kindly to others. This is a simple theory. Many relationships fail due to this equation. So yes, although this may sound easy it will be hard to practice. But What I know is that it works!!! And I am sure giving away always makes you nothing but happy…..
